Get running
Four steps, a couple of minutes.

Install P1 Race Engineer
Run the installer — it adds the app and a Start-menu shortcut.
From then on it auto-updates on launch; you never download it by hand again.

Launch the racing game
Start your sim and bring it to the foreground.
P1 detects the game itself — there is no address to type in.

Enable telemetry if your sim needs it
Most sims need nothing turned on at all.
Pick your title below only if it needs a one-time setting.

Start coaching
Press Start Coaching and drive.
The first lap is silent learning; the calls begin once P1 has a baseline.
